Launch updates

If you sign up, we store your email address, product or colour preference, the language of the page you signed up from, the time you signed up and your consent. We use this to send the availability update you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time or ask us to delete your information.

We keep your signup while the launch update is pending. After the update or withdrawal of consent, we remove it from the active notification list. Any further marketing requires separate consent.

Orders & support

When you order, your email, name and phone, the products you choose, your BOX NOW locker or delivery address and the payment status are used to fulfil your order and help with support. Payments go through Stripe; Loomo does not receive or store your card number. Delivery details are shared with BOX NOW to deliver your parcel, and order emails are sent through Resend. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Website storage & service providers

Your cart is stored locally in your browser so your choices remain between visits. The website and its database are hosted by Cloudflare. Security controls limit repeated form submissions using a short-lived hash of the connection address; the form database does not store the original address. We do not use advertising cookies. Only if you accept in the cookie message, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland) for anonymous visit statistics; it sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to 2 years. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

Cloudflare and Stripe have their own processing policies: Cloudflare privacy and Stripe privacy. The email delivery provider will be identified here before launch notifications are sent.

Your choices & rights

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw your signup consent. Where applicable, you also have rights to restriction, portability and objection, and may raise a concern with your data protection authority.
